The Business

BCC is led and managed by Garth Vincent and Principal Consultant Dave Sandassie. The company was founded in 2016 by Garth Vincent Managing Director, and several other experienced and qualified colleagues. Together they have been creating the magic of developing innovative, client-relevant training and consultancy for many businesses.

Driven by his personal passion, Mr. Garth Vincent wanted to establish a presence regionally as a training and consultancy business that did not see customers and clients as another dollar. He wanting to develop a partnership that would be sustainable and consistent. He wanted to provide solutions for which the cost conversation can appeal to the startup organizations, the existing small business as well as the industry giants.

BCC offers accredited global program and customizable packages that tackle several niche-based business problems that sometimes get overlooked. The company seeks to provide answers to the question: “how prepared is my business or government organization to face criminal security, natural disasters, cybercrime security, supply chain issues or business reputational threats?”
