Garth brings 27 years of experience in the development and implementation of Health & Safety Management Systems and Emergency Management Systems. Garth is a former
contracted Chief of Emergency Operations for Bp Trinidad plant and offshore emergency response teams. Garth has trained and worked on emergency response projects for personnel at NGC, BHP Billiton, EOG Resources, Repsol YPF, British Gas/Shell, Atlantic LNG, and many other multinational oil and gas organizations operating in Trinidad and Tobago. Garth is a Level 5 Incident Commander trained at the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management and furtherICS Training at Bp Houston Texas Training Center Garth has also performed Emergency Response, Health and Safety consultancy services for the gold mining sector in Suriname and Guyana, Garth possesses two U.K. Master’s Degree in Risk, Crisis & Disaster Management and Occupational Health Safety & Environment (Distinction grade). He is a Certified ISO 22301 Business Continuity, ISO 18788 Security Management, ISO 31000 Enterprise Risk Man. ager, ISO21001 Education Management/Implementer/ Trainer, ISO 45001 OHSMS Trainer /Auditor. Garth is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, a Part-Time lecturer at the Energy Chamber Learning Centre TT, a Part-Time Lecturer at Nations University Guyana, and an approved ILO Consultant for the Caribbean Region.

Garth has conducted this training for PLNL, Methanex Trinidad, Unilever Caribbean, West Indies Oil Company Antigua, Delta Petroleum British Virgin Islands, and many others.
